The Egg & I is a delicious family friendly breakfast and lunch restaurant that started in Fort Collins, CO in 1987. Franchise owner Rich Yoke, opened the first franchise in Denver in 1997 at Arapahoe and Yosemite in Centennial. He then later opened locations in Highlands Ranch and Parker. All three of Rich's locations are dedicated preparing delicious food at the highest standards while providing fast and friendly service.
